Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GrowMe Social, including the website at growmesocial.com and the application at app.growmesocial.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

GrowMe Social lets you write, store, schedule and publish social media content to accounts you connect, such as Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, YouTube channels and TikTok accounts. We publish only through each platform's official API and only after you authorize the connection on that platform.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
• You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to act for that business.
• Tell us promptly at hello@growmesocial.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

3. Connected social accounts

• You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• When you connect an account, you allow us to act on that account within the permissions you grant, for example to publish the posts you schedule.
• You can disconnect an account at any time in the app. You can also remove our access from the platform's own settings.
• Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, including the Meta Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, YouTube Terms of Service and TikTok Terms of Service. By connecting a YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Platforms may change or limit their APIs. We are not responsible when a platform rejects, delays, limits or removes a post.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the text, images, videos and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You give us a limited permission to store, process, copy, convert and transmit Your Content only as needed to run the Service, for example to create previews and to publish it to the accounts you choose.

You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have the rights needed to post it and that it does not break any law or any platform's rules.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• post content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or misleading;
• send spam or use the Service for deceptive or manipulative activity;
• try to access other users' data, workspaces or accounts;
• interfere with, overload, scan or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass its security or limits;
• use the Service in a way that breaks any connected platform's terms or policies.

We may remove content, pause scheduled posts or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Scheduling and publishing

We work hard to publish posts at the time you set. Publishing depends on third-party platforms and networks, so we cannot guarantee that every post will be published, or published at an exact time. Please check each post's status in the app. If a platform's result is unclear, we may stop and ask you to check rather than post twice.

7. Fees

The Service is currently offered free of charge during an early-access period. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

9. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@growmesocial.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk. When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GrowMe Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes, notify you by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
